• Responsible for final accuracy review and reporting of data and production of proposals and work bids
• Maintained databases of technical services performed for up to 400 water service companies nationwide
• Compiled and updated all proposals between $5K to $200K sent to various water utilities to explain scopes of work and costs of specific services in order to gain new clients and retain valued clients
• Responsible for marketing the company’s services to include assisting in the creation of marketing materials
• Responsible for company website re-design and content
• Compiled over 200 water utility reports explaining results of services and test programs
• Assisted in daily office functions to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Implemented new changes in the way proposals are created which decreased the time spent gathering and using information for reports and proposals
